Two in one coro camellias floral duette pin
Coro produced many pairs of duettes and their Camellias are one of the more renowned styles and you can see why from the photos. This one is particularly special because of the trembling flower heads. The pin can be worn as one or separated and worn as two clips. The green enamel and red emerald cut ruby red stones accent one another perfectly. The silver tone rhodium metal on the back shows no wear. It is marked Coro Duette, has the full patent numbers on the inside and dates to late 1930's, early 1940's. It is so expertly made this actually looks like diamonds and rubies....simply stunning. The pin measures 3" wide and 1 1/2" deep. There are a few darkened white stones. It is in excellent vintage condition with no dings or replaced stones and guaranteed to be vintage. vintagejewelryonline.com
