Spectacular coro big parrot duette clips and earings Adolf Katz, Coro's lead designer from 1937-1960 was an artist of great talent and selector of innovative models and designs. This magnificent Duette pin set and earrings illustrates the best of his imagination in an artistically designed and collectible bird scene with two parrots sitting on a flowered branch. The birds are painted with an intricate pattern of colorful enamels and surrounded by brilliant white rhinestones. The fur clips are strong and are patented, as are the earrings. The connecting bar for the clips is not included in the set. The matching earrings are very rare and desirable and complete this set. When the earrings fit low on the ear at an angle they close tight otherwise they can feel loose. Each bird is 3" tall by 1 1/4" wide and the earrings are 1 1/2" tall.
